Following the bankruptcy of the MuDA due to COVID-19 and the planned redevelopment of the Stadion Brache into a football stadium, two key urban spaces that once served diverse communities must now find new homes.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the Engrosmarkt and the Migros-Areal, this transition opens up an opportunity to develop a new architectural typology capable of accommodating these programs.
